What drives and motivates you?

 

My drive and motivation come from a few things. The most obvious reason to me is passion. I love anything and everything to do with engineering - being hands on, learning new skills, and inventing something useful. Another reason is commitment. When I commit to something, I take that commitment very seriously. I strive to be as successful as possible with that commitment. A third reason that I am driven and motivated is because of a love to learn. I must build a strong engineering foundation across a wide scope of topics, becoming as technically diverse as possible, to cross boundaries and draw connections between disciplines, and become an elite problem solver.
